Account Executive

You will be given all the coaching, training, and tools to be a rock star as an account executive. At this stage in our journey of delivering awesomeness, we are looking to rapidly expand our sales teams while maintaining the high standards we have set and achieved so far.

Role Requirements

● 2-5 years of sales experience

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

● B2B Sales experience with other software or SaaS businesses

● Diligent and resilient work ethic

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and
telephone skills

● Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
with no supervision

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

● Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well

●Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

● Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with attention to
detail

● Hubspot experience or experience with other CRM software

What you’ll be doing?

● Develop qualified leads into paying customers

● Present (demonstrate) the ezyCollect software online or in-person to address
pain points and to align client expectations with the value brought on by using
ezyCollect

● Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM

● Analyse business models, sales processes and accounting procedures of mid-market organisations

● Collaborate with the sales team to strategise closing strategies

●Coordinate with Head of Sales to continuously improve the sales development process and quality of leads

● Participate in brainstorming sessions affecting the direction of the business

● Communicate with the technical team to keep them up to date on new feature requests
