Business and Data Analyst

The role of the business and data analyst will be focusing on the CRM and PRM systems we are currently using. You will be the first point of contact for everything system related within ezyCollect and drive analytics and improvements.

Role requirements

  • Extensive experience with CRM systems (Hubspot experience necessary) and Partner portal systems
  • Logical thinker with business acumen and keener understanding of business processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt and integrate new systems
  • Internal product owner: you will own and drive the evolution of all systems within ezyCollect – by building efficient processes that ensure data quality and improved usability
  • Experience of CRM system: you will be the “go to” person for all Hubspot related matters
  • Enjoy working with data

What you’ll be doing

  • You will play a integral role in the data strategy and execution of the company
  • You will be working closely and coordinating with stakeholders from all over our business and our management team around the data requirements to support business initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining the infrastructure to collect the key datasets our company needs to support current and future initiatives
  • Cross Sell and upsell and propensity analysis
  • Building reports and dashboards for each team to track their progress, be more autonomous, and make data-driven decisions
  • Running ad-hoc analyses to inform decisions where data is crucial; for example, pricing, onboarding, etc.
  • Drive process and workflow improvements for team – utilising CRM capabilities
  • Overseeing reporting of the business’s performance and monitor trends in key business KPIs, providing valuable insights to relevant departments aiding business performance improvement
  • Uncovering insights/trends in user behaviour and optimise signup rate across all web and app platforms
  • Designing and advising on processes to collect, manipulate, sanitize and explore data
