Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker – Sydney

ezyCollect is looking for an experienced, hands-on, Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker to help
build virality within our product and large network. After successive periods of high
growth fuelled by outbound sales, we are now looking for a growth expert to help us
win on a digital channel with a repeatable and scalable strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager
will be responsible for building and executing the overall growth marketing strategy
for ezyCollect with a key focus on our product network, whilst also mentoring a small
(but mighty) team to success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create a strong awareness of ezyCollect in the marketplace.
  • Set, implement and optimise a sophisticated digital marketing strategy
  • Work with the product team to create different buyer journeys to becoming a paid customer. You will actively look for ways to create virality internally from our user base and externally from target segments.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to find and build compounding growth loops.
  • Building robust tracking and analytics into the marketing function and  reporting on key metrics
  • Constantly running data-driven experiments with our offline and online  channels to find new opportunities
  • Take a scientific approach to funnel metrics (lean marketing).
  • Implement funnel metrics across acquisition, conversion, and work alongside  customer success and product to improve activation and retention.  Systematically improve KPIs at each part of the funnel. 
  • Utilise our CRM (Hubspot) and other 3rd party tools to implement effective  marketing automation
  • Manage a content strategy that delivers highly creative and engaging  content.
  • Create a paid acquisition testing schedule.
  • Ensure correct implementation, measurement and reporting across all  digital channels. Work with the website manager to ensure tracking is set-up  correctly and is firing.
  • Implement funnel metrics across acquisition and conversion to  systematically improve KPIs at each part of the funnel.
  • Work with the website manager to create a highly creative and engaging  website. Create an A/B testing schedule to optimise the website for  conversion.
  • Overseeing all content production create by our Content & Website  Managers

Role requirements

  • 5 + years Digital Marketing experience in a similar role
  • 3 + years B2B marketing experience for a SaaS company (preferable a  start-up)
  • 2 + years of leadership experience paired with a passion for mentoring the next  generation.
  • Expert knowledge in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media,  email, affiliates, mobile, display, etc.
  • Experience and passion for growth marketing, preferably with a strong track  record of success driving demand and revenue for B2B companies.
  • Confidence to succeed within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • 3 + years of leadership experience paired with a passion for mentoring the next generation.
  • Expert knowledge in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, affiliates, mobile, display, etc.
  • Experience and passion for growth marketing, preferably with a strong track  record of success driving demand and revenue for B2B companies
  • Confidence to succeed within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
