Opportunity

We’re looking for our first recruiter to grow our Sydney office, responsible for technical & non-technical hiring at all levels. As an early stage startup, the team is eager to build a scalable recruiting engine that drives results. At ezyCollect, we only hire the best people. We value it so much that we want someone dedicated full time to recruiting the best talent.

You will leverage creative techniques to discover qualified candidates and have demonstrated success in converting passive leads to active candidates.  You understand that no hire is ever identical, and have numerous examples of going above and beyond to deeply connect with your candidates and ultimately bring them on board.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and grow the pipeline of great candidates for our team.
  • Coordinate the entire hiring process — from first touch to offer letter.
  • Train the team on how to hire — interviewing, referrals, etc.
  • Use organic channels to source candidates such as LinkedIn, networks, and use agencies where necessary.
  • Fine tune our hiring process to improve efficiency, quality of assessment, and ability to close candidates.
  • Assist in staff retention and expectations management.
  • Provide a delightful experience to every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome.
  • Drive the offer extension and negotiation process.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to pinpoint opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Establish and grow our company as an employer of choice.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for building and managing a diverse pipeline
  • Ability to effectively pitch opportunities at ezyCollect
  • Experience building out recruiting processes
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Excellent academic qualifications
