Opportunity

The role of the partner manager at ezyCollect is to accelerate our growth in the mid-market segment through the partner channel. You will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing and managing relationships with key strategic partners across the AU/NZ region.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop channel partner program strategy, setting objectives and optimising channel where possible
  • Internal and external stakeholder management. Ability to build rapport, negotiate deals/agreements and manage c-level relationships
  • Proactively work with existing channel partner network to continue fostering existing relationships to drive new referral revenue via direct sales and marketing initiatives
  • Build quarterly business review processes and implement monitoring of channel effectiveness
  • Organise sell through opportunities for ezyCollects’ internal sales teams
  • Drive win-win agreements between partners and ezyCollect to incentivise partners to provide leads, on-sell and actively market, ezyCollect to their customers.
  • Attend partner events to cultivate demand for ezyCollect and educate the market of what we do, our value and our mission
  • Connect our internal account executives with partner managers to facilitate sales opportunities and cross collaboration to increase win rate.
  • Support channel partners with enablement, training and support to ensure they are capable of identifying opportunities and positioning ezyCollect appropriately
  • Be an expert in our platform, and constantly communicating with customers and partners on value added features

What we’re looking for

  • Either
    • 3 – 5 years minimum in a direct sales role; or
    • 3 – 5 years working with a partner relationship manager / partnership channel
  • A good understanding of your own values and principles and a view on how you see yourself aligning with our values on the journey to realising our vision
  • Understanding of the Australian mid-market business segment
  • Experience with ERP systems used by mid-sized Australian businesses is a huge plus
