Partner Relationship Manager

The role of the partner relationship manager is to accelerate our growth through the partner channel. This will involve both working with, and nurturing existing partners while also focusing on finding new channel opportunities to support the sales team. The partner relationship manager will be responsible for driving ezyCollect’s customer acquisition by sourcing new partner relationships and lead opportunities.

Role requirements

  • At least 5 to 7 years of sales experience
  • Experience in the software industry
  • Strong SMB business acumen
  • ERP understanding
  • Be able to work autonomously but also operate well within in a team
  • Ability to articulate marketing opportunities through an existing partner channel
  • You will need a good understanding of your own values and principles in order to achieve the vision of the company

What you’ll be doing

  • Executing the channel strategy for ezyCollect within APAC
  • Working with Partner and Channel Manager to develop channel partner program strategy, setting objectives and optimising channel where possible
  • Proactively working with existing channel partner network to continue fostering relationships and drive new referral revenue
  • Generating new partner relationships
  • Driving revenue share agreement between partners and ezyCollect to incentivise partners to supply ezyCollect with leads
  • Supporting channel partners with enablement, training and support to ensure they are capable of identifying opportunities and positioning ezyCollect appropriately
  • Attending partner events to cultivate demand for ezyCollect and educate the market of what we do, our value and our mission. Travel will be required from time to time
  • Increasing awareness of ezyCollect with partners by implementing a calendar of events for each partner
  • Connecting our internal AE’s with partner managers to facilitate sales opportunities and cross collaboration to increase win-rate.
  • Working with marketing and cross functional teams to execute channel strategy
  • Building quarterly business review plan processes and implement monitoring of channel effectiveness
  • Driving and creating revenue share agreements that incentivise, while still delivering profitability
  • Being an expert in our product, updating customers on new features and educating them on areas where they could get more value
