The SDR is a critical role in our business and is the feeder funnel for creating our next generation of sales superstars.

  • Creating a funnel of qualified new business opportunities, through prospecting and leveraging warm leads
  • Perform a basic level of discovery over the phone to determine product fit, basic need and pain/opportunities
  • Effectively communicate value propositions to stakeholders to book web-based demos for account executives
  • Be proactive in researching new business opportunities to supplement the warmer leads provided to you
  • Record customer intelligence in CRM and ensure activities are recorded accurately
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and shared success
  • Have fun on a daily basis!
  • Build a learning and development path to work towards progression into an account executive (shadowing on web-based demos etc)

What we need from you

  • Highly achievement oriented
  • Want to build you career as a professional sales executive, and committed to developing yourself along this path
  • Ability to step outside your comfort zone and be brave to break new ground
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Activity oriented with an ability to interact with business owners, executives and finance stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • An awesome attitude – believe in working as a team to drive business growth
  • Able to operate in a fast growth environment – chaotic, fun, disruptive and ever changing…!
