Opportunity

ezyCollect is hiring a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our team in our Sydney office. This is a full-time, high-activity role that will require you to manage 3-5 Account Executives directly and mentor the extended SDR team of 10 people.

This is a unique role that requires you to be both strategic and hands-on with the sales team. The sales team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a sales leader that is up to the challenge of a fast-paced and challenging growth environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build ezyCollects mid-market presence through new customer acquisition to achieve revenue targets
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of sales deliverables such as number of demonstrations, proposals and pricing strategies to drive revenue
  • Able to create, document and deploy a repeatable process that increases revenue for sales territories and staff
  • Ability to recruit, hire, onboard, coach, train, mentor a team
  • Create and communicate compensation plan for the sales team, including over assign and pipeline targets by individual
  • Implement sales methodologies to drive clarity and process into the sales process to create accuracy in forecasting.
  • Ensure visibility into pipeline and forecast for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Love the success of others and passion for wanting to be part of building a successful company

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of quota carrying and closing experience with a consistent track record of success
  • Experience in selling within a B2B sales environment. SaaS software experience would be a bonus
  • Familiarity with the ERP landscape would be a bonus
  • Data-driven and results oriented
  • Finance or similar management degree
  • Love the success of others and passion for wanting to be part of building a successful company
