Technical Customer Support Specialist

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be managing our customer’s requests and maintain positive and thriving relationships. Along the way you will learn a lot, both on the technical side and on how to handle and build relationships with customers, putting you in a great position to later transition into other roles. This in an entry-level role for tech savvy and passionate people who are curious, creative and thirsty for new experiences

Role requirements

● You have intermediate to good experience with database and server maintenance within SQL
● You have basic troubleshooting skills
● You know what it is like to work as part of a team and are not afraid of taking ownership

What you’ll be doing

● Install ezyCollect software on customers’ servers and perform initial integration synchronisation
● Help customers troubleshoot issues and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem
● Assume remote control over customers’ computers when necessary to resolve problems
● Leverage on your SQL knowledge (mySql) to identify issues and provide solutions for customers
● Help manage issues with the application servers (tomcat)
● You will be reporting to our Customer Success Director and also have the
support of the customer success and engineering teams around you
